Bachaton runs roughly once a month on a Saturday at the Dance Gallery on Henley Beach Road in Torrensville, just west of the Adelaide CBD. The format is simple and dancer focused: doors from around 7:45 PM, an open bachata workshop to warm everyone up, then non stop bachata social dancing with a DJ through to midnight. There is no salsa, no kizomba and no mix here, just bachata all night.
