The Annex is a downtown Detroit venue that transforms into a Miami and Cancun inspired dance club every Saturday for Rumba Caliente Latin Saturdays, presented by Skyline Salsa. Running for over a decade, it is billed as Michigan's largest Latin Saturday night, regularly drawing 600 or more dancers and partygoers. The night starts at 22:00, with free guest list entry available before 11 PM through Skyline Salsa.
Detroit's top Latin DJs rotate through the booth, spinning salsa, bachata, merengue and Latin top 40 to keep the energy high all night. The big crowd and club setting make it more of a high energy party than a quiet practice social, which suits dancers who like a packed, vibrant floor.
