Salsa & Bachata at The Night Cat, Melbourne

Open since 1994, The Night Cat is one of Fitzroy's longest-running music venues and a genuine Melbourne cultural institution, famous for its signature stage in the round. Every Sunday it runs Domingo Latino, a Latin-inspired night where the floor wraps around a live band or DJ. Recent editions have featured outfits like Tumbao Social, La 45, El Bembe Orchestra and Ruben Blades tributes, so the music leans toward authentic, live Salsa and Latin sound. The Latin Sundays night starts around 7:00 PM, and the AUD 30 entry covers both classes and the social.
