About Tanzschule am Stachus
Located on Sonnenstraße right by Stachus in the center of Munich, Tanzschule am Stachus runs regular Tanzpartys that blend elegant ballroom standards with feurige Latin rhythms, rounding out each night with Salsa and Bachata for extra energy. Hello Weekend am Stachus runs every Friday from 8 PM, and Saturday Night am Stachus takes over on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Saturday from 8 PM, both with experienced resident DJs curating the music on genuine parquet. Entry is 10 euros, or 5 euros reduced.
The school also hosts Americas am Stachus on the first Saturday of the month from 9 PM, a Salsa, Mambo, and Bachata focus run together with instructor Carlos Lazarte, with workshops from 6:30 PM to 9 PM beforehand. The central location next to Stachus and Karlsplatz makes it one of the easiest venues in Munich to reach by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, or tram. With its school setting, workshops, and welcoming party atmosphere, it suits dancers who enjoy a mix of styles and a friendly, sociable floor.
